I signed up for this company's 7 day free trial. I got a call from this company the next day and spoke to a customer service rep. After giving the rep my debit card I was told that I would be able to go to the website. I looked through their website and saw how expensive their products were and decided not to go through with this. It also didn't help that I had a problem with my card and needed to close out my membership. Well I called DOBA on 6/10/2013 and spoke to a representative to cancel that membership. The representative told me that my account would be cancel and I would have to call another number 877-321-3622. I called that number and was put on hold. I hung up and called again and it was the same thing. I called the next day and it was the same. I then stopped calling and waited. Sure enough, 6/19/2013, 59.95 was taken out of my account. I called the company and spoke to a lady named Beth. I told Beth that I needed to speak to someone about the charges taken out of my account. Beth switched me to this fellow who was rude as heck. I asked him why was this amount taken out of my account? This rep stated that since I didn't call I wouldn't get my money back! I then said that I would be seeking legal representation about this and hung up. The next I called and was again switched to the same rude jerk. I again asked what was going to be done about this situation. He again said that there was nothing going to be done about my money and I should have called. I then said that I was going to get my money back and I would be in touch. He was still yelling when I clicked him off.
I did some checking up on this company and this seems to be an ongoing thing with this company. I do plan on starting a class action lawsuit against this company and their sickening rude representatives. I'm glad that I only went for their trial period. From what I read about these people they need to understand that their actions won't be tolerated.

Thank you Measure UP. I got a call from DOBA rep.Jeff. Jeff was very nice and professional about this situation. He agreed that this should have been handled a different way. He said that my money would be back in my account 6/27/2013. I said OK. I also agreed that I would take down this report, We have a deal.
