  • Doba not issuing refund

I had joined January 2014 doba for the lifetime membership and realizing i could always have the 100% money back guarantee, i figured i would give it a fair chance. I really worked it and after a few months when i called them to make sure they were receiving my logins, a requirement for a refund, they said they were not. So they reset my membership to begin from when i called in June 2013. then i kept a log of every time i logged in to be sure i would be eligible for a refund if i wanted one. In Feb thru August 2014 their computer system was down and they were not able to see logins. They... More...

  • DOBA Unauthorized Transaction

This review has been resolved or replied to by this company. I signed up for this company's 7 day free trial. I got a call from this company the next day and spoke to a customer service rep. After giving the rep my debit card I was told that I would be able to go to the website. I looked through their website and saw how expensive their products were and decided not to go through with this. It also didn't help that I had a problem with my card and needed to close out my membership. Well I called DOBA on 6/10/2013 and spoke to a representative to cancel that membership. The representative told me that my account would be cancel and I would... More...

  • No Refund Policy Rude Customer Service

I was contacted by Doba saying they already had all my information and I needed their services to expand my opportunity to more products in order to succeed. I told them NO but that didn't stop them. They continued with their sales pitch for over 30 minutes with me still saying NO. Just wouldn't take no for answer. I finally said ok. Less than an hour later I contacted them for a refund telling them I gave in to their sales pressure tactics and I wanted my money back, I got a NO so I asked for customer service. Customer Service was extremely RUDE and NO was the answer and that... More...

  • Doba needs to change their refund policies

I just filed a claim/chargeback with my credit card company due to unethical measures when trying to get a refund within the 30 day period (which the salesperson Jeff said I could do). I need to explain more of why this company is very fraudulent. There are thousands of poor souls just like me that are doing the same thing for the same reasons. I am shocked that a lawsuit is not being filed against this company with all their consumer complaints. Here is my story: I did a 7 day trial with Doba on 11/2/2010 – the problem was that you needed a credit card to access the... More...

  • membership/prices

I had similiar experience with Doba. I signed up for a trial period and before it was even over they called me to sign me up for a year at a discounted rate. I accepted, thinking what a great deal it was. They never told me I could not be refunded if I cancelled. When I started doing research to choose the best prices for the items I was going to sell, I discovered that in some cases their so-called wholesale price was higher than what retail stores were selling the same product for, or the profit margin was very low. I also discovered that most of the computer products were outdated and... More...

I saw an advertisement on Google and on eBay about Doba; it says that Doba is a great whole seller, low price bla bla... then I sign up for a 1 week free trial period. I got call after 1 days later from Doba sales person, he asked me would like to join for long time membership you will get this much discount bla bla. I said yes I would love to but let me think. He is forcing me continuously, keep hang me on the phone and try to convince me finally, I said ok. We agreed on yearly $360 and extra 3 months. So, here is the great fraud part:- 1. He didn't mention me that after I become... More...

  • Taken By Doba

Lost $120.00 to Doba after they charged a restocking fee for an engagement ring that they sent out which was the wrong size. First they said there would be no restocking fee in an e-mail. then they refunded only a partial payment and keep the rest as a restocking fee. I feel that Doba has misrepresented it self. And should make this issue right. As a new member of their service I have lost faith in their ability to be a good company to do business with. More...

  • Beware of trial period in Doba

When you sign for a trial membership you automatically accept that they won't give you your money back. I have been using their "services" for one week and are very dissatisfied. After you sign for the trial, you start getting calls from them offering you to upgrade your membership but they don't tell you that if you cancel you won’t get your money back. The service is part of eBay and, in my experience, most of the time they don't have the merchandise so you are stuck with a sale that you can't fulfill. Their customer service is null.... More...
